                   Run Home to Pittsburgh Campaign

 Run Home to Pittsburgh Campaign Encourages Runners With Ties to the City  
   to Participate in the 2014 DICK'S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon

PITTSBURGH, PA (January 8, 2014) - Pittsburgh Pirates All-Star and National 
League Most Valuable Player Andrew McCutchen helped launch the "Run Home to 
Pittsburgh" campaign on Wednesday with a video inviting runners to 
participate in the 2014 DICK'S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon weekend, 
May 2-4.

The "Run Home Pittsburgh" campaign encourages runners with ties to 
Pittsburgh to return to the City for the largest hometown reunion of the 
year. The 2014 event will welcome the world to the Steel City with a 
weekend of events, including races for the entire family, neighborhood 
celebrations and the GNC Live Well Pittsburgh Health and Fitness Expo. The 
DICK'S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon race weekend is the premier event 
on the Pittsburgh Three Rivers Marathon, Inc. calendar of year-round 
activities. 

Leading up to race weekend, Pittsburghers from all over the world can share 
their memories using the hashtag #RunHomePgh on Facebook, Twitter and
