COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 It was a great experience! Especially as my first half marathon. The event ran way better then I expected it to, with it being an inaugural event. I will be running again next year!

"Excellent Experience from Registration to Finish." (about: 2011)
First Marathon
COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 This was my first half marathon to participate in and I could not have picked a better one. The event was so well organized, laid out and coordinated that it did not feel like an inaugral race. The course was well marked and the aid stations were well equipped. I'm so proud to have been part of Year One and cannot wait to watch this race grow.

COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 4 Had a wonderful experience! The medals are fantastic! I don't mean to sound greedy, but I was so hoping for a 13.1 car decal. Just something to consider for next year :) Thanks to all who made it possible. ROCK STARS!!

COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 I loved this course because there was not any monotony. Some races have too long of straightaways and this one had enough turns and different scenery to keep your mind off the actual distance you were running. The crowd support was great for a first time marathon/half marathon. Plus there weren't many hills! :)

COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 The BCS Marathon + Half Marathon team did a fantastic job of creating an event that was organized, well-planned, and concerned with creating personal experiences for the runners. Since so many of the athletes have intimate connections with Bryan/College Station, the race catered to highlighting those experiences and making the race truly memorable. There was a meticulous amount of attention to detail, and it really showed through in how great the race went!
