"Great race!" (General Comments)
COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 4 FANS: 4 It is a really big event in Hong Kong every year, just 10 days before the Traditional Chinese Lunar New Year, you can share the warm and colorful atmosphere here in Hong Kong. All of the race course is easy to manage your running, all roads are flat and the scenery is beautiful. It is so friendly and warm that I always see runners support others not to stop running, or stop to help other runners if they are exhausted!

"a great course with few spectators" (about: 2001)
COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 4 FANS: 1 You should try the full marathon, which passed through 4 bridges and 2 tunnels. (The concurrent half marathon and 10K only ran through the west harbor tunnel.) The course changes every year. So far this year's was the best.

"Boring course, but good atmosphere among runners" (General Comments)
COURSE: 3 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 1 I ran the half marathon. First part of the course in Kowloon is very boring. Only last part in Hong Kong Central is quite interesting. Although they block the roads, there is still traffic nearby, so you smell the fumes. None or very few spectators, but atmosphere among the runners in just great. Still enjoyed it. |
