"Excellent, well organized race" (about: 2013)

COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 This race is very well organized and it is obvious that the organizers work hard and care about putting on a race that the runners will enjoy. The water stops, food and medical support along the race have everything you could need and more. The A&M students and spectators around the campus portions are very enthusiastic and add a lot of energy towards the end when you really need it. And the race supports a worthy charity.

"Outstanding event from registration to finish" (about: 2013)
First Marathon
COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 This event marked my fourth half-marathon. I have participated in the Rock N Roll Half in both Dallas (twice) and San Antonio (once). The B/CS experience surpassed them all. I loved the course, the information leading up to the event, the post-race treats, the medal, the shirts, the director - all of it. I will definitely participate again soon!

COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 Fantastic marathon in all aspects. It was my first time to College Station and what a way to tour a college town! All around excellent planning from course design, volunteer support, and post event party, it ranks among the best. The corps chanting my name at mile 20 sure gave me a needed boost at mile 21. Excellent event! I'll be back next year!!!

"Best race in Texas." (about: 2013)
4-5 previous marathons
| 3 Bryan/College Station Marathons
COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 I have run a hand full of half marathons and one full. The BCS Marathon was the most organized and most professional race I have experienced yet. I set a PR for my half time which makes a runner pretty proud. Moreover, the bigger picture behind the race is something that I feel connected to which is why I will definitely be back to run it next year.

| 1 Bryan/College Station Marathon
COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 Course has varied scenes and is relatively flat. Great crowd support - lots of Aggies cheering enthusiastically. Good expo for a smaller marathon. Easy to find expo and start/finish area and lots of easy free parking at both the expo and race. Great food and drink post race. Long sleeve cotton t-shirt and a finishers short sleeve tech shirt.

COURSE: 4 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 3 The chance to run through my beloved Texas A&M, the B/CS staff allowing Dallas Marathon runners (Dallas Marathon was cancelled) to register the day before for their race, and the African children that this race benefits provide the perfect combination.

"Favorite Race" (about: 2013)
4-5 previous marathons
| 1 Bryan/College Station Marathon
COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 4 So well organized and easy. The organizers seem to really care about the racers. The race benefits amazing charities. I went with a goal to finish my half under 2 hours and I did!! I was so excited about it and then a beautiful child with Down Syndrome placed my medal around my neck and seemed as happy as I was to finish and it made me a little teary. Amazing race. Loved the food at the end. The swag was great. A lot of potties on the course. A lot of water stations!! Everyone should try to do this race!! Loved running on campus, brought back good memories.
